By booking with Gravitas, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

Bookings must be made in advance. Payment can be made online or via corporate account. Prices are fixed and include all taxes and fees.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited in our vehicles unless explicitly agreed upon.

Liability

Gravitas is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., severe weather, traffic accidents). We are fully insured for passenger transport.
